Terms and Conditions.

The rates are based on double occupancy. When checking in, a deposit equal to the value of one night's stay will be charged for each cabin as security to cover any damages that may occur; this amount will be refundable if there are no deductions for damages to the cabins and/or their equipment or inventory. If you lose your electronic key or towels, you will be charged the replacement cost for these items. Star Apple offers rates without breakfast; breakfast service or other meals can be requested in advance and will incur an additional cost. Minimum stay of two nights and three nights during holidays. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

As a small tourist accommodation business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows at the time of your reservation impact our business; therefore, our deposit and cancellation policies are as follows: 

If you prefer, you can make a deposit or bank transfer equivalent to the total price of your stay and send us a copy of the deposit receipt or transfer within 5 days of booking. 

We will automatically cancel any reservation for which we do not receive a valid credit card or payment notification within 48 hours. 

If you notify us at least 14 days in advance: The refund will be full. 

If you notify us less than 14 days but up to 5 days before: There will be a loss of 50% of the amount paid. 

If you cancel your reservation less than 5 days before your arrival, no refund will be given, and the payment of 100% of the stay will be retained. 


In the event that government regulations related to any force majeure restrict free circulation or the opportunity to travel and you are forced to cancel your reservation, we will refund 50% of the amount paid. 

If your transfer to confirm your reservation is not completed within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled.
